Watkins served as an investigative contractor for a government agency.  In this role, Watkins performed over 40 individual investigative and litigation support engagements.  The engagements were to identify and evaluate claims against parties who may have contributed to the failure of thrifts through dishonesty, negligence, civil fraud, criminal acts or professional malfeasance.  The parties include directors and officers, accountants, attorneys, appraisers, and brokers/dealers.
