Watkins was engaged by a government agency to administer a large, victim compensation fund. The fund was administered in accordance with congressional guidelines. This engagement included determination of compliance and approval or denial decisions throughout the claims processing cycle. Watkins compiled and reported of statistical information; verified of claimant information; and coordinated with the client to resolve beneficiary issues, banking or other processing delays, thereby, ensuring prompt release of payments and timely processing of claims.
