Watkins was engaged to oversee regional field work and operations for a government agency for Claims Management support. During this engagement, Watkins worked directly with the supervising officer researching, analyzing, and processing thousands of (vendor, employee, governmental unit, litigants, etc.) claims. Watkins personnel verified the validity of claims, provided customer assistance to creditors, prepared claim certification letters, evaluated dividends to be paid to proven creditors, and performed reconciliations of liability accounts. Watkins assisted with discovered claims, reclamation and extensions. The team prepared statistical data on claims production and quality assurance testing.
